Researchers from the University of Seville develop new flight simulation software for Airbus
Web Engineering and Early Testing (IWT2) researchers of University of the Seville are working on a new software of flight simulators for Airbus Military passenger aircrafts.
The initiative is part of the CALIPSOneo project (Advanced aeronautical solutions using PLM processes tools applied in a320neo fancowls), co-financed with funds from Agency IDEA and Technological Corporation of Andalusia (CTA), and which aims to develop technological solutions for industrial design based on PLM tools.
The project is led by Airbus Military, and has the participation of the companies Glenser, ARPA, T-Systems Iberia, and UPM Researching Center, Ceit and Foundation for Researching and the Development of the Information Technologies in Andalusia (FIDETIA), under the formula of subcontracting.
